2 Bedroom Villa - The Riverside Villas are your personal Shangri-La. Set within a Balinese village in Kerobokan and surrounded by green belt rice fields, the Riverside Villas are skirted by a tranquil river that borders all three properties. The recently completed Riverside Villa 2 (RV2) is located just ten minutes from famous restaurants such as Kudeta and La Lucciola, RV2 is neighbored by Riverside Villas 1 and 3 as part of a boutique three-villa complex.

RV2’s terraced, landscaped grounds look down onto the living area, which is laid out around a split-level central living area for all to enjoy. The property is designed around a traditional Balinese-style open-sided living and dining area. Designed to seat eight people comfortably, the dining area is a few steps away from the expansive infinity-edged 14-meter swimming pool. Its glittering reflection will add that exotic touch while entertaining. Come daytime, take the plunge or relax on the sun loungers with umbrellas to suit.

RV2 features two master bedrooms. Each has its own ensuite open-air Balinese-style bathroom with outdoor showers and gardens. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. There are also guest toilet facilities off the entertainment area. Upstairs, enjoy the entertainment area, complete with bar and pool table. Spectacular sunsets over the neighboring rice paddies can be enjoyed from this area. Downstairs, entertainment includes TV and stereo, with Indovision and DVD player.

Also featured on the river’s edge is a meditative teak bale (Balinese gazebo). Relax in the bale and take in the Ubud-esque temple and sacred rock view.

Each Riverside Villa is completely private from the next, and can be booked either individually or as part of a group booking for two or all three of the Riverside Villas. With security present at the main entrance to the villas 24 hours a day, safety, and privacy are assured.

Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.

Available on request (24hrs notice required). Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cooks will do all the market shopping.

Security guards
Their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villas from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.

Pool Staff
Maintain the salt water system daily to maximize its revitalizing quality.

Gardener
Grooms and waters the landscaped gardens daily to maintain the lush tropical feel.

Bookings Condition:


  1. Rate
    Rates valid until March 31, 2007. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room.


  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    Low Season period: January 9 - July 14, September 16 - December 19 (Excld. Easter Week)
    High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Easter Week
    Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8


  3. Booking or Reservation
    Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
    A minimum of 2 nights stay in low season
    A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
    A minimum of 10 nights stay in peak season


  4. Check in/out time
    Check-in time: 14:00
    Check-out time: 12:00
    Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability


  5. Terms of Payment
    Terms of Payment
    • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
    • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
    • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for anybank charges incurred.


  6. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation Policy
    • For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$100 administrative fee.
    • For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
    • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
    • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.


  7. F&B
    Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.
